Description

Normandeau Associates, Inc., an employee-owned environmental consulting firm specializing in natural resources management, is seeking a Cloud Systems Analyst/Technical Support to join our Information Technology department in our Bedford, NH office. This position serves as a technical expert in the area of cloud based operating systems and offers technical support as needed.  Helps investigate and analyze feasibility of system requirements and develop system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department. 

You are the ideal candidate if you….

.... have an Associate’s degree in computer science or related field;

….have a minimum of 4 years’ experience with cloud-based Sharepoint;

….have experience with Microsoft 365 including Teams;

….have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Linux;

….have desktop support experience with Windows 11;

….have experience with MFA and VPN;

….have excellent communication skills, especially under pressure, and understand the value of customer service;

….be willing to provide tier 2 support for all Normandeau products as needed;

….able to adjust to changing priorities and communicate effective with all levels of staff;

….have experience in administering and tracking information system invoices including telecommunications and network interconnections;

….are willing to travel to other office locations nationwide (no more than 10%);

…. must be a team player.
