What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on coding experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise:
  Strong skills in Java (Spring Boot) OR C#/.NET Core Web API
  Solid understanding of microservices architecture, object-oriented programming, and unit/integration testing
• Technical Skills:
  Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle)
  Proficiency in Linux scripting and SQL/RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
  Knowledge of multithreading, debugging, and code optimization
• Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about adopting best practices and new technologies.
• Bonus: Exposure to the finance domain, cloud platforms, or React is a plus.
